Many people who are keto-friendly often wonder if they can eat eggs on keto. It’s a good question and one that can be answered definitively in the affirmative. There is nothing in the foods we eat that our bodies cannot use. Even sugar is not exempt from this rule!

So, if you are making an otherwise carb-rich meal, you could easily bake a dozen or two eggs in a relatively short period of time and have your breakfast without the dreaded ”carb flu.” If you don’t mind eating eggs a bit slow, this is also a great way to stay in ketosis as long as you want.
If you have a hard time picturing a baguette with a slice of turkey on it, just picture a baguette with a chunk of egg on it. Less than a minute later, you can have a perfectly balanced low carb meal. Eggs are low carb by definition and are great for people on the go. They can give you that low carb feel that people are beginning to rave about. They are cheap, easy to find and can be made for just a few dollars (if you are lucky enough to live in a food desert). You can’t go wrong by adding some eggs to your diet when it comes to losing weight.
